Welcome to Adairville School!

It is an incredible honor to serve as the principal of a school that has become so much more than a workplace to me—it has become home. After more than a decade in the Adairville community, I am excited and humbled to continue serving our students, families, staff, and community as principal.

At Adairville, we believe every Cardinal matters. Our goal is to create a school where students feel known, valued, challenged, and supported each day. We want our students to do more than simply succeed academically. We want them to develop confidence, character, curiosity, and the skills they need to become successful leaders in school and beyond.

Our vision is simple:

We are Cardinals: Learning. Growing. Leading. The Cardinal Way.

We will continue building on the strong legacy of Adairville School while creating what’s next for our students. We will celebrate their successes, learn from challenges, and work together to ensure every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Our Cardinal Expectations guide us each day:

Bring your best.
Do the right thing.
Be kind.

Because at Adairville School, Success Starts Now.

I believe the best schools are built through strong relationships and strong partnerships. Our teachers and staff work incredibly hard to provide meaningful learning experiences for our students, and our families and community partners are an essential part of that work. When we work together, our students are capable of amazing things.

Thank you for trusting us with what matters most—your children. I look forward to an incredible year of learning, growing, leading, and making memories together.

With Cardinal Pride,
Cindy Beason
